On May 7, China Tianying Inc. (CNTY) and Fudan University held a cooperation agreement signing ceremony on the commercialization of research findings and cooperative R&D regarding hydrogen. Yan Shengjun, CNTY Chairman, and Peng Huisheng, Dean of the Institute of Science and Technology at Fudan University and Academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, signed the agreement on behalf of the two parties respectively.
Signing Ceremony
The signing event was chaired by the Technology Transfer Center of the Institute of Science and Technology at Fudan University, and was attended by leaders, scientists and faculty members from the Institute of Science and Technology and the Department of Chemistry at Fudan University, as well as the CNTY Research and Design Institute for Future Energy.
Academician Peng Huisheng spoke at the ceremony
Academician Peng first welcomed CNTY and then briefly introduced the new paradigm of Fudan University for the commercialization of research findings and industry-university-research cooperation. He expressed the expectation that the two sides strengthen cooperation on new energy on this basis in pioneering modes, to transform research findings into new quality productivity.
Chairman Yan Shengjun spoke at the ceremony
Chairman Yan expressed heartfelt admiration for the research capability of Fudan University and its contribution to the science and technology progress in China and beyond. He emphasized this cooperation as a new chapter in deepening the bilateral cooperation on green development, and a new practice of exploring hydrogen revolution, as called for by China’s dual-carbon strategy.
CNTY always adheres to the principle of leading industrial upgrading through scientific and technological innovation, thus to create greater social value. Driven by innovation, CNTY has achieved a number of "0-to-1" breakthroughs and "1-to-N" commercialization. By joining hands with Fudan University to build the Decoupled Electrolysis Innovation Center for Hydrogen Production, CNTY is committed to developing and commercializing technologies and equipment for hydrogen production via decoupled electrolysis through the industry-university-research-application cooperation that integrates innovation elements, industrial factors and talent support, so as to spur new momentum for new quality productivity.
