On 27 October, CNTY received a notice of winning the tender for upgrading road sanitation and cleaning services in Suyu District, Suqian, Jiangsu Province, with a contract amount of RMB 6.28 million and a service period until 31 July 2023. The project will be operated by Suqian Tianying Environmental Services, a secondary subsidiary of CNTY.
To better carry out the project and provide services, Suqian Tianying has formulated the following action plan.
Strengthen cleaning efforts on the main and secondary roads. A dynamic operation mode where automated cleaning will be supplemented by manual cleaning is adopted. A 16-hour cleaning shift for some major roads is set up and evening shifts for roads with good lighting conditions will be put in place.
Eliminate dead-end sanitation problems. All operating units should strengthen the cleaning of hard-to-clean areas such as road curbs, roadside ditches, intersections of back streets and alleys, and the bottom of traffic guardrails.
Improve the road dust management. Road washing and water spraying to bring down dust in the air should be increased in frequency so as to effectively control air pollution.
Shi Pengcheng, general manager of Suqian Tianying, proposed to improve the quality of sanitation service and pay more attention to carry out a systematic, standardized management to further accelerate the building of a cleaner city.
