On the morning of October 17, under the slogan of "Dare to be the first, ride for the future", a cycling team formed by CNTY employees started to cycle along the Huangpu River in Shanghai, from Pudong Binjiang Park, Modern Art Museum, Nanpu Bridge, to Mercedes-Benz Arena, Houtan Park and finally arrived at Qiantan Leisure Park, totaling 15 kilometres and 2.5 hours.
The event marks the successful launching of CNTY's first self-organized green cycling activity facing all employees of the company. More than 30 participants and their family members from headquarters, Sirui Resources, Zhiyin Robotics, Plasma Technology and other departments joined the event. In addition to the cycling, the event also set up interactive activities for participants to collect “green points”.
Participants can collect points by conducting “green actions”, including taking public transport or electric vehicle to the starting point, bringing reusable water bottles, picking up rubbish and dropping them off correctly during cycling.
In addition, there are two quiz points where participants are invited to answer questions on waste classification, environmental protection tips, resource recycling, waste treatment technology and the strategy of CNTY.
At the end of the ride, the organizing committee prepared some souvenirs of the event for all participants, including customized canvas bags and power banks.
Committed to becoming a high-value environmental service expert, CNTY also pays great importance to enriching the off-work life of employees and building up teamwork spirits. Through organizing such activities, we hope to set an example and influence people around us so that more people can participate in the protection of the environment and make it a way of life.
