On June 16, China Tianying (CNTY) and Qingyang District (Chengdu, Sichuan Province, in the south-west of China) government signed a strategic partnership agreement.
Mr. Luoqiang, Deputy Party Secretary and Mayor of Chengdu City, together with Mr. Wang Pingjian, Director General of City Public Security Bureau, Mr. Zhou Xianyi, Secretary General of Qingyang Municipal Government, Mr. Wang Hongbin, Deputy Secretary General and Director of Urban Management Commission, Mr. Dai Zhiyong, Party Secretary of Qingyang District and other local government officials, attended the signing ceremony, joined by CNTY Chairman Mr. Yan Shengjun, Vice President Mr. Lu Ping, Technology Director Mr. Li Jun and Marketing Director Mr. Li Guoxin.
The agreement was signed by Mr. Wang Zhigang, Executive Deputy Chief of Qingyang District and Mr. Lu Ping, Vice President of CNTY on behalf of both parties. Under this agreement, CNTY will provide “5A” (All settings, All types, All smart, All processes, All treatments) smart urban services for Qingyang District, aiming to largely promote the development of waste classification and urban cleaning projects both in the city and the district.
Prior to signing the agreement, Mr. Yan Shengjun, visited CNTY’s future south-west HQ office, project sites and Qingyang District regional economic base, accompanied by Mr. Du Chaolun, Deputy District Chief of Qingyang District.
Afterwards, Mr. Yan exchanged ideas with Chengdu city government officials in terms of the integrated urban service, waste sorting station, fly ash and plasma projects within the agreement.
The successful signing of the “5A” smart urban service agreement indicates that both parties will integrate resources to further complete the waste management supply chain and promote environmental advantages for both Chengdu and Qingyang, seeking to create a more beautiful and livable garden city.
